Scoop Shift Lead

cones, cups, and smiles.
You'll help guests navigate the flavor lineup, keep the counter clean and cool, and make sure every order looks (and tastes) amazing.
Our version of the shift lead — Keeps things running smooth and the team in sync. You'll lead by example — scooping when it’s busy, guiding new team members, and making quick decisions on the fly.
